Fiat’s Advanced Driver Safety Pack makes the C63 one of the easiest motorhomes to drive. It reduces fatigue, improves confidence and adds peace of mind on long journeys. These systems work with the 8‑speed automatic gearbox and wide‑track chassis, giving the C63 a modern SUV‑like driving feel. All features come standard.
Inside you’ll find a generous front lounge with two long side sofas and swivelling cab seats. It converts into a king bed or two singles. At the rear, a full-width washroom with a separate shower gives everyone privacy, and the end kitchen includes a large worktop, three‑burner hob, microwave, fridge and ample storage.
This angle shows how well the C63 uses its compact footprint. The lounge seating, full oven, deep storage and wide benchtop give you a kitchen that actually works on the road. It feels open, bright and practical, with everything within easy reach.
The C63’s front lounge is a genuinely usable living space. Swivelling cab seats and long sofas make it ideal for dining, relaxing or working on the go. The Hi-Line bed above adds extra sleeping capacity without crowding the layout below.
The C63 gives you a proper kitchen with real prep space. A full-size sink, three-burner hob, overhead cabinets and ambient lighting make it easy to cook meals inside, even on longer trips. It feels more like a compact apartment kitchen than a motorhome galley.
This image highlights the practical storage throughout the C63. The fridge sits at a convenient height, the cabinets are roomy, and the L-shaped benchtop provides space for cooking or serving food. Smart design makes the kitchen feel bigger than it is.
The rear lounge is a comfortable place to unwind after a day on the road. Large windows bring in natural light, and the dining setup feels relaxed and social. It’s a great spot for meals, games or just enjoying the view.

The full-width washroom gives you a proper shower and toilet setup with room to move. The separate shower, corner basin and modern fittings make daily routines easy, and the layout keeps the rest of the motorhome dry and clutter-free.
All Auto-Trail models meet the NCC EN1646-1 thermal insulation and heating standard, as a result, the interior of your motorhome can maintain +20ºC even when its a chilly -15ºC or a blistering +40ºC outside. This is the highest standard achievable for motorhomes. Aerodynamic exterior styling ensures air and water are guided around the body.
Auto-Trails industry leading construction is achieved through a structural aluminium extrusion that is bonded and also bolted to the edge of the pressed floor ensures the integrity of our habitation compartments. All models have 40mm insulation in the side walls and 45mm in the floor for superb thermal performance throughout the year. To enhance the look of the vehicle and to add further protection against water ingress, the entire upper cab/roof and rear panel is capped off using GRP moulded panels. The formed panels are bonded in place, with Henkel adhesive, to ensure a watertight seal.
The CUBE system creates a strong, watertight and quiet motorhome. Auto-Trail meets the highest EN1646-1 standard for insulation and soundproofing. Interiors can maintain +23°C in outside temperatures ranging from -15°C to 38°C.

Our ‘Cube’ construction process involves building our habitation units on air suspended platforms, separate to the Fiat or AL-KO chassis. Our ability to join our furniture, walls and roofs together in this manner provides a gapless interior and a reduction in accidental damage caused when working in a confined space. The resulting ‘Cube’ structure is extremely rigid and can be lifted and fixed onto the chassis in one piece. This is bonded into place using a tried and tested Henkel structural adhesive.
All Auto-Trail bonded composite panels consist of a 35mm ‘Styrisol’ internal core. This provides 12% more thermal efficiency than the industry standard.

All Expedition models come with two distinct body styles at no extra cost, Hi-Line and Lo-Line, both featuring sunroof as standard.
Lo-Line configuration generally suits couples better, providing extra storage for longer touring trips, while the hi-line’s extra over-cab bed is often favoured by families or those who will be entertaining on their travels.
The Lo-Line is an outstanding example of modern motorhome design with sleek exterior styling creating an aerodynamic shape and incorporating a large panoramic Skyline sunroof. Ideal for customers who prefer accessible integrated storage areas above the cab space in lieu of an over-cab sleeping area.
The Hi-Line variant also features the unique Skyline sunroof. The overcall area has been designed to accommodate a large double bed. Every inch of space has been fully utilised to provide a large and comfortable sleeping area. During the day, this sleeping area can quickly slide away, enabling you take use the space.
