Prices and offers
- Prices are in Australian dollars and, unless we say otherwise, drive-away. They can change without notice.
- A vehicle on the site may already be sold, on hold or still on its way to us. We’ll confirm whether it’s available, and its price, when you speak to us.
- Offers run for the period shown, or while stock lasts.
- Nothing on the site is an offer to sell. A purchase is made only under a written contract of sale, and that contract’s terms apply to it.
Specifications and photos
- Specifications, layouts, weights and equipment come from Auto-Trail and Fiat, and can change between model years. Please confirm the details of the exact vehicle before you buy.
- Photos may show optional extras, accessories or overseas models, and some images are illustrations.
- Used vehicle details are given in good faith. Please inspect the vehicle and check its details before you buy.
- The warranties described on the site are summaries. The warranty documents set out their full terms.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other law that can’t be excluded.
